CIPA
Governed by the Law no. 6. 514 of 22/12/77
and regulated by NR-5 of department
of Labor, the Commission Interns of
Prevention of Accidents - CIPA was approved
by the entrance no. 3. 214 of 08/06/76,
published in D. O. U. of 29/12/94 and
modified in 15/02/95.
CIPA is a composed commission for representatives
of the employer and of the employees,
and he/she has as mission the preservation
of the health and of the workers' physical
integrity and of all those that interact
with the company.
Califórnia Medical Center, through
your Service of Safety and Medicine
of the Work and of CIPA, he/she has
been dedicating special attention to
the problems of Medicine and Safety
of the Work. Good part of those efforts
concentrates on the employees' understanding,
in all the levels.
