Noise Pertuba and it Damages audition
Audi One of the most possible
causes of that situation is the environmental noise
of the great cities, populous - by definition -, and
that presents intense industrial activity. " One
of the problems of the urban centers is that they thwart
the natural law of our ears, that were not done to support
noises above 85 decibels ". And complete "
actually, in the automated and industrial world today,
everybody can be exposed to excessive noise - home,
in the work and in the leisure ".
A research proves the information when appearing that
the state with larger index of auditory loss is São
Paulo (29,56%), being followed by Minas Gerais (12,58%),
Paraná and Bahia, respectively, registering 8,32%
and 6,28%.
The effects caused by the noise they can go even from
a passing alteration in the audition serious auditory
losses irreversible or better the audition he/she doesn't
have as being again how it was.
She points out that few also know that the excessive
noise to the organism doesn't cart only the audition
loss; it can still provoke anxiety, insomnia, headaches,
decrease of the revenue in the work, disturbances in
the central nervous system, headaches and even sexual
impotence.
Therefore, Safety's Clerkship in the Work published
Entrance in 1998, in the which established the need
de promover guidelines and minimum parameters for
the evaluation and the accompaniment of the workers'
audition, exposed at levels of high sound pressure.
The expressed Law that an exam audiométrico (that
will go mensurar the effects of the noise in the work
atmosphere to the employee) it should be accomplished,
at least, in the moment of the admission; the sixth
month after the same; annually, starting from then,
and in the employee's dismissal. And that this exam
will be executed by qualified professional, in other
words, fonoaudiólogo or doctor.
With my practical experience, I believe that us audiologistas
have to reach great success in a Program of Auditory
Conservation identifying the possible alterations of
auditory losses in the workers.
